I didn\'t think that this went OOC until Snape was throttling Ron in his flat - I thought that felt a little out of place - but everything in this was SO WELL DONE that I didn\'t really care at all. In particular, I loved this line: \"And I may be cold, Ron Weasley, but not so cold that it didn’t hurt.\"

You know, before I even go and read the actual story, I felt like I had to let you know that I cracked up when you said that you\'d go and write fanfic for your own novel just so you could say, \"Ha, I really do own everything!\"

*cheers* This fic isn\'t particularly funny, or memorable, or generally standoutish. But it\'s well written, and has a unique idea. Quite a good piece of work, even if nothing particularly catches my attention.

This story is one of my favorites to read. I love the realistic way that Severus is portrayed and I thoroughly enjoy him punching out
Ron for Hermione\'s \"virtue\"(if you will . This is the piece I read after finding some unwittingly angsty story. Your work is brilliant.

If this is your idea of everyone \"slipping wildly out of character,\" I simply can\'t wait to read the rest of your stories! Hermione\'s fragility was understandable, under the circumstances, and Snape was just perfect. His anger and his violence with Ron were totally believable and his resistance to any tender feelings is exactly what I would expect of him. Excellent story - I look forward to reading more of your work.
