I spent all of yesterday reading it--even knowing that it had been abandoned--and I loved each and every WORD of the story. As a matter of fact, I read it TWICE because I loved it so much. Severus\'s inner turmoil over his son and his learning process of how to be a good father to Curt had me glued to the screen. And the moment when he told Hermione \"I don\'t give a damn\" when they were on their way to wake Poppy because of Curt\'s condition...*sniffs* And then there was that one paragraph when Severus realizes that Curt has claimed not only his \"mind\", but his heart as well. Wonderful. Hermione\'s strength of character was wonderful to see. It is not every author that gives Hermione a child while still maintaining the \"true\" Hermione. I enjoyed watching how she devised a way to give Curt the best home that she possibly could. I did feel for Albus when Minerva left Hogwarts, and then again |
